How do I determine the correct strap size for my watch?
To find your strap size, measure the width between the lugs of your watch head in millimeters. Most common sizes are 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm. If you are unsure, many watch manufacturer websites list the 'lug width' in their technical specifications.
What materials are your NATO straps made from?
Our straps are crafted from high-tensile strength ballistic nylon or premium top-grain leather. All hardware, including buckles and keepers, is made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via standard shipping. International orders can take anywhere from 10-21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing times.
Are your straps waterproof?
Our nylon NATO straps are 100% waterproof and quick-drying, making them perfect for diving and sports. However, we do not recommend submerging our leather straps in water as it can damage the natural fibers and finish.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unmounted straps in their original packaging. If you ordered the wrong size or color, simply contact our support team to initiate an exchange or refund.
How do I clean and maintain my nylon strap?
For nylon straps, you can hand wash them with mild dish soap and warm water, or place them inside a mesh laundry bag and run them through a cold cycle in the washing machine. Always air dry; never use a tumble dryer.
